Venice Luxury -Friendly Venice Suites

The location was perfect for exploring Venice's attractions.

Unfortunately, we faced a few challenges . The room we booked had poor sound insulation, which led to disturbances from outside. The canal view we anticipated was not quite as expected. Instead of scenic gondolas, we only saw anchored boats. Lastly, there were minor cleanliness issues, like having to wash the coffee cups upon our arrival.

the property was right in the heart of the city. the breakfast was very good with a delightful treat included in the nightly fee and scrambled egg, for example, perfect to start our day.

Huge and impeccably clean units with large bathroom spotlessly clean and EXCEPTIONAL staff.

Beds were too hard.

Ope, we had the Blue suite and it was just wonderful! Giacomo, the host, was super friendly, even waited on us to the water taxi when we left. Loved the complimentary mini-bar too-after a day of exploring, nothing better than a cold drink waiting for ya. Only wish breakfast had a bit more variety.

Famous, spotlessly clean venue with excellent and unbeatable location next to accademia bridge, fairy quiet square in the centre of Venice, and academy. Very very good breakfast with a delightful treat and scrambled egg, as example.

Everything about this place was wonderful. Spacious room, super comfortable soft bed, all amenities that you get in a 5 hotel and a bottle of Prosecco for a warm welcome! It's centrally located with great restaurant options nearby.

The view was misleading, with only old boats visible!!! The room was quite dark, needing better lighting!!! The shampoo quality was lacking-definitely disappointing!!!

My family stayed for 3 nights in the Beautiful Junior Suite "Alvise Dandolo" with Canal View, and it was fantastic! Giacomo greeted us at the water taxi. The room was spacious, immaculate, and even included a complimentary mini-bar with cool drinks. The daily housekeeping kept everything perfect. The location was superb, just a stone's throw from the main attractions. 10/10 For genuine hospitality.

We were greeted by the owner, Giacomo, right as we got off the water taxi, well, like VIPs.

It was on the pricey side,, but, honestly, it's worth it.

Giacomo provided perfect service, greeting me warmly upon arrival. The room was spacious, decorated beautifully, and offered a complimentary mini-bar stocked with refreshing drinks. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

Nothing disappointed me .

This place was a gem! The Beautiful Junior Suite had high ceilings and beautiful decor. We loved the spacious room. There was a bottle of prosecco waiting for us-such a nice touch. Super comfy bed, definitely. The location was spot on too, just steps from cool cafes and restaurants. Only downside was the shampoo quality. It could've been better. A great escape in Venice!

Just a good pick for a brief pause in Venice with best value for money ratio. We enjoyed the cool air conditioning after a long journey, making our stay comfortable. Make sure to ask for help if you're unsure about directions.

Giacomo, the host, was helpful, providing us with fantastic directions and promptly responding to our inquiries. The spacious suite featured fine decor with a palace-like feel, enormous beds, and a refreshing mini-bar. Ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway, it even had a full-length mirror next to the bed. The location made it easy to explore major attractions, just a short stroll to San Marco Square and nearby restaurants serving good small plates.
